  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Peninsular Malaysia: 2–5 business days

  • Sabah & Sarawak: 3–7 business days

7. Delivery Policy

  • Deliveries are made during business hours (Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM).

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete.

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or absence of the recipient, re-delivery may incur additional charges.

If your package arrives damaged or incomplete, please:

  1. Take clear photos of the packaging and items received.

We will review your case and provide the best possible solution — replacement, refund, or store credit (subject to verification).


9. Pre-Orders and Backorders

For products marked as pre-order or backorder, the estimated shipping date will be displayed on the product page. Orders containing such items will be shipped once all products are available.
