3. Bank Transfer & Proof of Payment For orders paid via manual bank transfer:

  • Please include your Order Number as the payment reference.

  • Send your payment slip/receipt to [email protected] or via our designated WhatsApp channel for verification.

  • Important: Orders will only be processed after funds are cleared in our account. Unpaid orders will be cancelled after 48 hours.

  • Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Note: Original transaction fees charged by payment gateways/banks may be non-refundable for "change of mind" cancellations.
